Peizuri belongs to the trio of tuxedo cat triplets collectively called the Black Cat Brothers. This character possesses dark blue fur accented by a white muzzle and ears, dressed in a green shirt, red pants, and brown boots. Peizuri is specifically distinguished from siblings Dotto and Karakusa by a cyan tie patterned with yellow raindrops. The triplets alternate between antagonistic roles, pulling pranks on main characters such as Shimajiro and friends, and supportive functions within the series' stories. Their appearances shift across episodes; they take on the roles of thunder gods in "Torippi No Oheso" (Flappie's Belly Button). The triplets also find themselves the targets of pranks, as depicted in the episode "A Snowman With a Cold."
