Description
Minmin serves as the fourth member of the Clean Aku trio within Skull Lease, her position secured by being the granddaughter of organization head Con Cordo. This lineage grants her inherent authority despite her unconventional behavior. After brief early appearances, she formally debuted in episode 16, "Uninvited Pretty Employee," arriving unannounced at the Northern Ostendel branch. The Clean Aku trio initially tried to expel her until learning her familial connection, forcing them to tolerate her presence to safeguard their bonuses.
Her personality exhibits extreme ditziness and detachment. She often appears oblivious or indifferent to her surroundings, including social conventions like wearing clothes. Much of her time is spent observing situations with childlike curiosity, though she occasionally devises surprisingly effective plans. She openly admires the enemy hero Ippatsuman, enjoys physical exercise, and operates vehicles with reckless abandon.
Relationships within the Clean Aku trio are complex. She views Mun-Mun as a sister figure, Kyokanchin harbors a romantic interest in her, and Kosuinen occasionally makes advances, albeit less aggressively than toward others. However, Minmin frequently undermines and insults the trio, sometimes unintentionally, creating tension. Her connection to Con Cordo also poses risks, leading the trio to exclude her from personal conversations and activities.
A significant shift occurs later. Minmin transitions from comedic ineptitude to calculated competence and manipulation, her ditzy traits nearly vanishing. She collaborates closely with Tamashiro from the Western Ostendel branch. Key actions include infiltrating Time Lease undercover to uncover Ippatsuman’s secret, suppressing activities related to a UFO sighting on an atoll, and deliberately abandoning the Clean Aku trio to perish in a self-destructing mecha.
The narrative culminates in a revelation about her origin: Minmin and Con Cordo are disclosed as the same entity—an otherworldly being using both identities as aliases. This twist contradicts earlier episodes depicting their coexistence, though Con Cordo primarily appeared via monitor. She unveils her true form to Tamashiro before banishing him through time and space. In the final episode, she reveals this identity to the main cast while luring them into a final trap.
