Description
Kusaku Magota is a 10-year-old boy driven by the search for his long-lost mother. He transforms into Itadakiman upon hearing cymbals played by Omonki, a small monkey robot controlled by the Tatemae Trio. This transformation occurs in two stages, resulting in a giant form protected by armor covering most of his body except his face.

He primarily fights using hand-to-hand combat with his Nyoibou stick, engaging in fewer mecha battles than previous series entries. A signature technique involves pulling a "Hyokkori Hyoutantama" ball from his waist gourd. Blowing on this ball splits it into pieces that become Zoro Mecha units attacking enemy yokai.

Under Headmaster Ochaka's orders, he monitors his usual companions, the Dirt Cheap Trio (Yan-Yan, Dasainen, Tonmentan). He frequently mocks them as they endure divine punishment and expresses reluctance about their association. He prefers interaction with the often violently angered Houko Sanzo. Kusaku also maintains a notably snarky rapport with Ryuko, the dragon-girl-turned-Snail-Mecha, bonding through shared mockery of the trio.

He functions as both protagonist and covert observer. His background remains focused solely on the maternal search without elaboration, his abilities remain consistent, and he reveals no significant personal evolution throughout the documented episodes of the original 20-episode series, including the unaired episode 19.
