Movie
Description
Grizzlymon commands forces in the Beast Digimon army on the Wandering Island, answering directly to Hippogriffomon. He is the protective yet stern older brother of Bearmon, fiercely opposing Bearmon's friendship with the Human Digimon Kotemon. Initially, Grizzlymon displays fervent loyalty to Hippogriffomon's cause, passionately believing that eliminating Human Digimon will bring peace and justice. His personality is emotionally transparent and combative, readily expressing battle fervor and frustration.

He intervenes with Beast Digimon soldiers during a meeting between Bearmon, Kotemon, and human children, attacking the Human Digimon present, including Kotemon and Dinohyumon. Grizzlymon clashes directly with Dinohyumon until stopped by the Spirit-Evolved Koji Minamoto and Takuya Kanbara. Subdued but resolute, he forcibly separates Bearmon from Kotemon, forbidding further contact. Later, attempting to bolster their forces, he recruits Koji, whom he perceives as Ancient Garurumon's heir. Koji initially refuses but pretends acceptance to distract him; Grizzlymon reacts with enthusiastic approval, embracing Koji before leading him towards the battlefield.

At the ruins battleground, Grizzlymon signals the Beast Digimon army to advance. Confronted by Koji's demand to end the violence, he argues passionately, accusing Koji of misunderstanding the Beast Digimon. Koji counters by pointing out Grizzlymon's failure to understand Bearmon's feelings, provoking Grizzlymon to shove Koji aside and abandon him to join the fight. During the battle, he repeatedly calls out for Hippogriffomon, unknowingly forcing Darcmon, Hippogriffomon's alternate form, to reveal herself. When Hippogriffomon is exposed as the manipulative Murmukusmon, who orchestrated the war to revive Ornismon, Grizzlymon experiences profound shock and rage at the deception. He immediately shifts allegiance, commanding his forces to aid the human children and their allies against the true threat.

After Ornismon's defeat and peace is restored, Grizzlymon gathers with Dinohyumon and Bearmon to bid farewell to the human children. He apologizes for his role in the conflict, acknowledging he was misled into perpetuating the war. A new mural is later created depicting him alongside the children, Bearmon, Dinohyumon, and the reborn Kotemon, symbolizing reconciliation and the island's newfound harmony. His primary combat technique is the Heavy Attack.
