Description
Vritramon, recognized as BurningGreymon in certain regions, manifests when the human protagonist Takuya Kanbara harnesses the Beast Spirit of Fire. This transformation occurs via Spirit Evolution, a fusion of the user with the essence of AncientGreymon, a member of the Ten Legendary Warriors. The Beast Spirit signifies an advanced evolutionary stage beyond the Human Spirit, granting heightened combat prowess.

In the film *Revival of Ancient Digimon* (*Island of Lost Digimon*), Vritramon arises amid clashes on the Lost Island—a dimensionally stranded realm engulfed in strife between Human-type and Beast-type Digimon. Takuya and Koji Minamoto first adopt their Human Spirit forms, Agunimon and KendoGarurumon, to pacify the conflict. As hostilities escalate, they evolve into their Beast Spirits: Vritramon and Lobomon. Vritramon’s overwhelming strength shifts the battlefield, enabling direct confrontation with the warring factions.

Tasked with opposing Murmukusmon, the disguised antagonist fueling discord to resurrect the tyrannical Ornismon, Vritramon employs fiery techniques like Pyro Punch (Burning Salamander) and Fire Dash to disrupt Murmukusmon’s scheme. The latter harvests Fractal Code from hatred to revive Ornismon as a weapon. Though potent, Vritramon’s ferocity risks unintended destruction, requiring controlled precision during engagements.

A turning point unfolds when Kotemon, a Human-type Digimon, sacrifices himself to shield the group. This act, coupled with Bearmon’s grief, conjures spectral avatars of the Ten Legendary Warriors, among them AncientGreymon. Empowered by their ancestral presence, Vritramon overthrows Murmukusmon and Ornismon. Post-conflict, the Lost Island reintegrates into the Digital World, its factions reconciled. Kotemon’s rebirth from a DigiEgg mirrors the narrative’s focus on renewal, echoing Vritramon’s role in restoring unity.

Vritramon’s lineage traces to AncientGreymon, whose power flows through the Spirits. This bond positions Vritramon as a conduit linking primordial legacies to modern struggles, reflecting recurring cycles of corruption and redemption within the Digital World’s enduring saga.
