Description
Evelyn spent her early childhood on Africa's Serengeti plains, raised among wild animals with minimal human contact. This unique upbringing cultivated feral behaviors: she wore only a leopard skin and communicated more readily with animals than people. Her life shifted when Goken Muroi and his grandsons, Riki and Gaku, brought her to Japan. Adopted by a Minato-machi grocery store couple, she began adapting to Japanese society and customs.

An incident during the flight transported her to Lovely Dream, a frozen realm where dreams originate. The Fairy Queen, manifesting as a butterfly, revealed this world was endangered and requested her aid. Evelyn received a magical golden headband adorned with a star, responsive to the trigger word "Papurikko." This artifact summons a magic baton bridging the human world and Lovely Dream. Wielding the baton while chanting "Perukko Raburin Kurukuru Rinkuru," she transforms into an older, mature form. Her blue hair elongates and turns pink, symbolizing her magical power.

Her critical mission is gathering love energy to restore warmth and life to Lovely Dream. Failure risks permanent consequences for those dear to her. Accompanied by three kappa companions—Gera Gera, Meso Meso, and Puri Puri—she balances daily life with this quest. Her profound animal connection persists; she magically brought her pet lion Simba from Africa to Japan and granted him speech.

Energetic, caring, and fiercely loyal, Evelyn retains a wild streak from her upbringing. Her "genki girl" exuberance often clashes with reserved Japanese norms, and she frequently adds endings like "-desuno" or "-no" to her speech. Initially harboring precocious crushes on both Muroi twins, her romantic feelings gradually centered on Gaku, sparking rivalry with classmate Yoyoko Manabe. Her relationships include best friend Sayo Minomo, treated like a sister, and her adoptive parents, unaware of her magical activities.

Over time, Evelyn transitioned from a cultural outsider toward greater community integration, yet maintained her spirited, unconventional approach. Her protective instincts intensified, especially concerning loved ones and the mission to save Lovely Dream. She appears in crossover specials with other magical heroines, her established background and character trajectory remaining consistent.
