Hailing from Cybertron, Ratchet transformed into a rescue SUV vehicle mode and partnered with the Mini-Con Hook. His sensor color was black, and he wielded a missile launcher as a weapon. Ratchet maintained unwavering allegiance to the Autobots, holding the position of medic within their ranks against their primary adversaries, the Decepticons.
