Description
Mio Kisaragi is a shy, bookish high school student with green eyes, spiky bangs, and twin braids. She consistently wears glasses, a beret, and a sweater over her school uniform. Standing 156 cm tall with measurements of 80-59-82 cm, she was born on February 3. Frail health and anemia restrict her participation in physical activities and sports. Academically gifted, particularly in humanities and literature, she often carries books and can read four in a single day. Goethe is her favorite author. She favors calm pursuits: reading classical literature, listening to classical music, and watching romance films. To combat her introverted nature, she belongs to both the School Literature Club and the School Drama Club.

Her close friendship with Saki Nijino provides emotional support. Mio's personal growth unfolds through Drama Club involvement, rehearsing for the school play adaptation of "Romeo and Julietta" to build confidence for a romantic confession. Her efforts succeed; she performs as Julietta opposite Yoshio Saotome's Romeo, leading to their mutual confession and relationship. Despite her shyness, she shows resilience by actively participating in club activities and gradually expressing her feelings.

Key date events reflect her personality: during a third-year spring amusement park date, she faints after a thrill ride due to her weak constitution; at the beach in summer, she avoids direct sunlight under an umbrella; engrossed in reading at the library in autumn, she becomes oblivious to her date calling her. A pivotal winter movie date in her third year sees her crying during a romance film and seeking opinions on her appearance without glasses; the player's response determines whether she switches to contact lenses or keeps her glasses permanently, affecting her ending. She plans to attend a first-rate university after graduation.

In radio dramas, she appears in episodes like "Sports Festival," fainting from anemia in Naoto Takami's arms; "Confession," where she temporarily receives a wristwatch intended for Shiori Fujisaki but returns it; "School Festival," rehearsing under the Legendary Tree and confessing insecurities to Yoshio, who encourages her. After the play, Yoshio reciprocates her feelings using Romeo's lines, formalizing their relationship. Later, in "Graduation," she encourages Naoto regarding Shiori but faints after running, causing Yoshio concern. Drama CD appearances include "Love Song For You," watching band performances, and "After the Graduation Ceremony," attending a Christmas party.

Her narrative concludes with two possible endings determined by player choices: one where she retains her glasses, and another where she adopts contact lenses, reflecting her evolving self-confidence.
