A customized MSZ-006-3A Zeta Gundam 3A Type, distinctively colored and known as the "White Zeta," lacks a bio-sensor and is specifically tuned for its pilot. This pilot is Amuro Ray, the renowned One Year War ace. During the Gryps Conflict near the war's end, Amuro pilots the White Zeta to assist siblings Asagi and Takuya Briggs aboard the civilian transport ship *Prospero*. As the *Prospero* attempts atmospheric re-entry to Earth and becomes caught in a battle between the Titans and AEUG, Amuro provides critical guidance and tactical support to ensure the ship's safe passage through the combat zone; his voice closely resembles Amuro Ray's.

The White Zeta's armaments include a 60mm vulcan gun, beam sabers (which double as beam guns in Wave Rider Mode), a standard beam rifle, forearm-mounted grenade launchers equipped with grappling wires, and an optional 8.3 MW hyper mega launcher. Its shield functions as the nose unit in Wave Rider Mode.

This variant reappears in *Gundam Evolve* episode 9. Piloted by a squadron leader codenamed "White Unicorn"—strongly implied to be Amuro Ray—the White Zeta engages the QRX-006 Geminus alongside other Zeta variants.
