Description
Quim, a young boy, discovers a crying yellow car named Bumboo hatching from an egg in an automobile factory. He forms an immediate bond with Bumboo, becoming inseparable from the car. Accompanied by his dog Buzina, Quim embarks on a long journey to help Bumboo find his mother.

Throughout their travels, Quim exhibits loyalty and protectiveness toward Bumboo, consistently safeguarding the car from a professor who repeatedly attempts to capture it for financial gain. Quim demonstrates resourcefulness and compassion by aiding a pregnant woman in reaching the hospital, reuniting a lost baby elephant with its mother, and intervening to protect animals from abuse—such as devising a plan to reform a farmer mistreating his donkey.

Quim confronts diverse environmental challenges and antagonists, including evading the pursuing professor. His relationship with Bumboo remains central to his actions, driving him to persist through obstacles until they successfully locate Bumboo’s mother.
