Description
Floco de Neve is a rockhopper penguin, marked by vibrant yellow feather plumes. This character originates from beyond the primary Adelie penguin colony's Antarctic territory. The narrative introduces Floco de Neve when Lolo discovers the rockhopper penguin stranded and distressed on a drifting ice floe, separated from its native subantarctic home. Following this rescue, Floco de Neve integrates into the Adelie colony, forging a close bond with Lolo and Pepe.

As an outsider in Antarctica, Floco de Neve embodies themes of displacement and adaptation. The character joins Lolo on various adventures, facing predatory leopard seals and navigating threats posed by humans. A pivotal event occurs when poachers capture both Floco de Neve and Lolo. Their shared captivity sparks a cooperative escape attempt, culminating in an avalanche that eliminates the poachers, highlighting the character's role in survival.

Floco de Neve's background within the colony lacks defined familial ties. Development centers on loyalty to Lolo and integration despite species differences. Human interactions significantly shape the narrative, particularly through a kind scientist studying Antarctic wildlife, whose actions contrast sharply with the poachers' antagonism.
