Pie Tin is a six-year-old boy from Horai. After witnessing the Glutton Gormandizers capture his Rebel Chef parents during an attack on their town, an event where Chef Jack rescued him, he joins Chase's group to rescue his parents and oppose King Gorge. He wears an outfit resembling a panda. Pie Tin acts impulsively, often before considering situations, and shows strong determination in pursuing his goals. This determination makes him vulnerable to manipulation, as seen when Clawdia deceived him into battling Chase and Kayla by falsely identifying them as Gluttons.

His primary Foodon partner is Sir Dumpling, a courteous dumpling-themed fighter with martial arts skills. In battle, Pie Tin uses "Power Toppings" to enhance Sir Dumpling, like employing pink shaved ice to significantly boost its strength during the fight with Fried Ricer.

Pie Tin develops after his misguided confrontation with Chase. Realizing his error following Clawdia's betrayal teaches him trust and collaboration, leading to an alliance with Chase.
