Bob Lovely, Linda Lovely's younger brother, lives in the neighborhood and maintains friendships with Professor Dinghy and Wowser. He consistently wears a beige turtleneck, blue overalls, and yellow shoes. As a neighborhood child, he occasionally joins activities involving the main characters.

In "Motor Maze to the Market," he accompanies Wowser on a misdirected high-speed chase through an underground railroad shaft after signs are manipulated. During Wowser's birthday chaos in "Slap Happy Birthday," he witnesses the event disrupted by a sabotaged cake. He also travels with the group to a snow-covered mountain in "The Iceman Cometh."
