Tsubasa Hara is a Webdiver commanding Ligeron, a lion-themed Web Knight that transforms into a gyro helicopter. Ligeron launches gyro-propeller blades named the Liger Slicer and wields the Electric Lancer, a lance that generates the defensive Lancer Protect electric barrier. It can also combine with the time-manipulating Web Knight Ditalion for combat support. While infected by the virus Deletloss, Ligeron temporarily gained the ability to magnetize humans, though this power ceased once freed from the antagonist’s control.

Tsubasa once temporarily piloted Ditalion—a self-proclaimed "God of Time" Web Knight normally operated by Shō Kurachi—harnessing its abilities to teleport, manipulate temporal flows, and unleash energy-based strikes like the Ax Nova. His role as a substitute pilot focused on tactical support during critical battles.
