White Bomber, also known as Shirobon, is the primary protagonist of the Bakugaiden series. His past incarnation was Prince Shirobon, who discovered his father Golden Bomber had been corrupted into Emperor Dark Bomber by dark forces. As a prince, he joined the Nereid Rebel Alliance to fight the Nol Arc Empire and rescue his father, wielding the Planet Emblem representing Earth on his B-Dama. In Bakugaiden IV, he appears as a playful, energetic youth living in B-Da City, dreaming of flight. Dr. Gray Bomber grants this wish by providing flight-capable B-Da Armors, though White Bomber sometimes feels like a test subject for the professor's inventions.

He possesses a kind-hearted, brave, and justice-driven personality. Cheerful and idealistic, his occasional naivete or childishness leads to comical mishaps. He maintains persistent optimism, exemplified by his unwavering belief that the aloof Black Bomber will become their ally. His deep bond with his B-Daron companion, the blue bird Kazemaru, includes a shared love for cake that often sparks playful conflicts. Kazemaru reliably aids his transportation when summoned by cake.

Throughout Bakugaiden IV, his journey involves escalating battles against the Four Great Dark Beings. He pilots progressively advanced B-Da Armors: starting with White Gale for basic flight and combat, upgrading to the more powerful White Gale II after defeat by Drakken, and then White Blows with rapid-fire capabilities after the first armors' destruction. His growth includes overcoming personal limitations, such as refusing to fight a mind-controlled Yellow Bomber despite near-fatal consequences, and mastering teamwork for combined formations like Saint Blaster (with Blue and Yellow Bombers) and the ultimate Saint Dragon (adding Black Bomber's Devastator) to defeat threats like the Darkness Dragon.

In Bakugaiden V, he becomes a "B-DaCop" tasked with safeguarding peace across space and time. Partnered primarily with Blue Bomber, he retrieves Crysmonds—powerful jewels sought by the villainous Devilvader organization. He retains his core determination and heroism, occasionally exhibiting immaturity, but remains steadfast in protecting others.
