Description
Mic Sounders the 13th, designated XCR-13, is a G-Stone-powered Brave robot developed by NASA as part of the Mic Force project, the thirteenth unit in a line including his twelve older brothers. Transferred to Japan's Gutsy Geoid Guard (GGG) Mobile Unit under a technology exchange agreement, his deployment encountered complications when turbulence from EI-23's artificial storms sank his cargo container during oceanic transport. He escaped before GGG retrieval and autonomously sought out Mamoru Amami at a Radi-Robo competition, forging an immediate friendship.
Physically, Mic operates in two distinct modes. His default Cosmo Robo Mode presents a compact, blocky red and blue frame standing 10.2108 meters tall, weighing 38.5559 tons, with a maximum running speed of 111.12 km/h. A monitor display serves as his face, shifting expressions to convey emotion. This mode houses a childlike, friendly personality, often punctuating sentences with "Demone!" to facilitate bonding with humans, especially children. His alternate Boom Robo Mode, activated under specific conditions, transforms him into a 20.3-meter-tall humanoid form resembling a rock-and-roll performer, complete with punk-style glasses and a fauxhawk. This mode amplifies his personality into a loud, energetic persona prone to exclamations like "It's awesome!" and unlocks his combat capabilities. Mic relies heavily on the Baribarien (termed Stadio 7 in Boom Robo Mode), a yellow hovercraft support vehicle storing his sound-based weaponry. The Baribarien measures 23.9268 meters long with a 21.4884-meter wingspan, weighs 56.699 tons dry, and reaches emergency speeds of 7,435.78 km/h. It features powerful jaws called Baribarien Teeth, exerting 2.404 tons/cm² of bite pressure, often used to transport civilians. In Boom Robo Mode, the vehicle reconfigures into Studio 7, a mobile stage deploying green Ul-Tech wings and housing Mic's primary instruments: the Giragirahn Double V (an electric guitar/keyboard hybrid), Dokadokahn V (microphone-shaped vocal tools), and Bukabukahn V (a harmonica-type tool introduced in FINAL capable of emitting unconsciousness-inducing frequencies).
His combat revolves around Solitary Wave Discs inserted into his chest-mounted player. Disc P plays an instrumental "Yuusha-ou Tanjou!" to restore and amplify GS-Ride systems or Dual Generators, later upgraded to "Disc P Version Up" featuring "Saikyou Yuusha Robo Gundan" for enhanced effects.
