Mizuho Hamaji belongs to the Twilight Priestesses (黄昏の巫女, Tasogare no Miko), a trio of dark miko enlisted by sorcerer Michimune Ayatachi to challenge the Miko Council. She dedicates her service to Yagarena, a dark deity striving to reclaim Earth and engulf Japan in shadows. Alongside her fellow Priestesses, Mizuho wields spiritual abilities comparable to the Miko Council but surpasses them in combat proficiency. Her core duty centers on participating in supernatural battles among Yagarena's forces.
