To interact with the physical world, it required human conduits. It selected Kenji, a traumatized youth consumed by hatred after his family's murder, exploiting his vulnerability. Merging with Kenji, Omni Exist granted him immense power, transforming him into the malevolent entity Chaos.

Through Chaos, Omni Exist orchestrated conflicts among powerful fighters to harvest hatred and malice as fuel for destruction. It manipulated events to maximize despair, viewing all life as expendable tools for its goal: erasing the current universe to forge a new one. Humanity appeared inherently corrupt and stagnant to the entity, which interacted with cold detachment and godlike perspective. Its powers included reality manipulation, energy projection, and near-omnipotence within its manifested form.

Opposing fighters resisted Chaos and Omni Exist's influence. Kenji's son Kouya confronted his father's corrupted form, and their combined efforts defeated Chaos's physical manifestation, disrupting the annihilation plan. This defeat did not destroy Omni Exist, whose existence transcends the universe. The entity retreated with its immediate plan thwarted, yet its eternal nature as creator and destroyer endures.
