TV-Series
Description
Tsunekichi Hatadaira sports unkempt blonde hair, his dark brown roots showing through, over a slim but defined frame. He consistently wears a messy uniform, shirt often untucked, projecting a disheveled and lazy demeanor that extends to his dorm life where he frequently goes shirtless.

Once diligent and rule-abiding, his personality transformed after foreseeing and then inevitably receiving a zero on a test despite desperate efforts to prevent it. This cemented his belief in immutable fate, leading to a nihilistic and apathetic outlook. He became flirtatious, laid-back, and openly perverted, exemplified by an attempt to forcibly undress a classmate. His resignation manifests in the recurring statement: "My life’s punchline is how crazy fate is."

His ability generates five instant photographs nightly during sleep, depicting unavoidable future events. These visions occur spontaneously through contact with an instant camera; he controls neither their content nor timing. The predicted events always occur. His skepticism about the "Enemies of Humanity" arose from their absence in his visions, making him question the purpose of the Talented students' isolation on the island.

After producing a photo showing Nana Hiiragi killing Nanao Nakajima, he remained silent due to indifference and expecting disbelief. Later, foreseeing Nana attacking him, he attempted to blackmail her for sexual favors using this knowledge. Nana manipulated the predicted scenario against him, resulting in his death inside a shed. His prophetic images also revealed a potential kill count assessed by the Council at over 500,000 people.

His corpse was later reanimated by another student's necromancy ability. Flashbacks and mentions of his character occur in subsequent episodes, reflecting on his actions and demise.

He maintains no significant friendships due to his isolated nature and others' distrust of his predictions. His background includes enrollment at the island school for Talented students, where he received training to combat the purported "Enemies of Humanity," an existence he doubted throughout his time there.
