A unique physical trait manifests when she drinks tea: a long, stick-like formation appears on her forehead. Visually, she is recognized by the flower accessory adorning her hair. For combat or defense, Midoriko-san wields a naginata. She appears as part of the transformed cast in the spin-off "NiJiRo Fairy Shizuku-chan," where characters assume human forms.
