Momoha Odori, nicknamed Momo, comes from a wealthy family and attends the all-girl Seioh Private High School. She exhibits a quiet and reserved personality, rarely engaging in extensive conversation and frequently sleeping during class. This results in minimal direct involvement in student council administrative affairs.

She actively participates in the school's journalism club and broadcast committee as a reporter covering campus news through articles and recorded interviews. Momoha consistently carries a digital video recorder to document events of interest, with her primary hobby being videotaping activities centered around the student council and its members, particularly Manami Amamiya and their mutual friends.

As one of the five central characters, she collaborates with the student council on projects alongside Manami, Mika Inamori, Mutsuki Uehara, and Mei Etoh. Her involvement in initiatives like remodeling the student council room and planning the school festival remains observational and documentation-focused. During the summer trip depicted in the OVA, she joins the entire student council group. Despite disrupted travel plans due to heavy rain forcing a hotel change, she participates in the adapted activities, maintaining her quiet presence while continuing to document their experiences.

Her role primarily revolves around chronicling events through her camera lens, capturing the daily interactions and collaborative efforts of the central group.
