Joanne Chua is a Filipino voice actor known for her work in the Tagalog-language dubs of various anime series and films. Born on July 15, 1982, her career is primarily documented through her performances in anime localized for the Philippine audience.

Her filmography includes a wide range of roles, demonstrating her versatility across different character types. In the fantasy romance film Weathering With You, she lent her voice to the character Natsumi. Her television roles are extensive and varied. She is known for voicing Kyoka Midarezaki in the supernatural comedy series Kyōran Kazoku Nikki, a role for which she also provided voices for other characters such as Evil Water Spirit, Odessa Ei, and Shizuka. In the school-life series Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight!, she voiced the character Momoha Odori. She also performed the role of Anri Misugi across both seasons of the magical-girl anime Sasami: Magical Girls Club.
