Description
Luchist Lasso was born on June 1, 1949, in Sicily, Italy, into the warmongering Lasso Family. Raised by relative Spimea Lasso, he absorbed family tactics centered on fearmongering to control populations. As an adult, he entered the Christian priesthood, ascending to inquisitor while operating an orphanage. There, he took in the orphaned Marco Lasso, recognizing the boy's latent shamanic potential. Luchist actively encouraged Marco's diverse interests in ballet, cooking, and cars, later supporting his higher education and eventual business venture, Super Marco LLC. Together, they established a new orphanage.

The destruction of this orphanage by Asakura Hao, resulting in the children's deaths, propelled Luchist and Marco to form the X-Laws organization, dedicated solely to defeating Hao. They subsequently discovered an orphaned Jeanne at Mont-Saint-Michel and raised her to believe she was a holy figure destined to destroy Hao. During this period, Luchist's profound attachment to his Lamborghini Countach LP400 triggered its transformation into the Archangel spirit Lucifer, which became his primary guardian ghost.

In 1996, Luchist encountered Hao again. Despite launching a surprise attack, Hao effortlessly defeated him yet spared his life. This event catalyzed a profound ideological shift. Luchist abandoned the X-Laws' doctrine of "Ultimate Justice," concluding that only the victor of a conflict possesses true justice. He pledged himself to Hao's followers, believing Hao's triumph in the imminent Shaman Fight would validate his worldview. Hao accepted Luchist after sensing his genuine resolve.

Serving on Hao's personal team, "Hoshi-Gumi," during the Shaman Fight tournament, Luchist demonstrated his abilities in key battles, particularly against former allies. Confronting the X-Laws on their cargo ship, he effortlessly destroyed multiple Archangel spirits using Lucifer's extreme speed. His furyoku registered at 210,000 initially, later rising to 360,000. He emphasized creating optimal conditions for his Oversoul by wearing a specialized battle uniform instead of regular attire.

Luchist's final confrontation unfolded on the Continent of Mu, where he blocked advancing teams including Marco and the X-Laws. He engaged Marco in a one-on-one battle, debating their conflicting views on justice while fighting. Gaining the upper hand, Luchist destroyed Marco's Oversoul multiple times and tearfully prepared a potentially fatal strike. Marco revealed a decoy Oversoul and held Luchist at gunpoint, declaring a new belief in "compassionate love" inspired by Jeanne.

Acknowledging Marco's growth, Luchist commanded Lucifer to attack them both simultaneously. He employed a bullet medium to kill them without shattering their souls, resulting in mutual death. In spirit form, both acknowledged they "didn't know how to stop" their conflict. Later, within the Great Spirit, Luchist intervened to prevent Jeanne from approaching a dangerous void created by Hao, requesting Hao return all spirits to the living world instead.

Following the Shaman Fight's conclusion and universal resurrection, Luchist monitored former followers of Hao. Learning about the "Flower of Maize," he began regularly tending to the revived Peyote Diaz, attending to his basic needs like feeding and bathing regardless of location, revealing a quieter, more nurturing aspect.
