Kenichirō Matsuda is a Japanese voice actor born on January 22, 1978, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm ARTSVISION.

Matsuda began his voice acting career in the mid-2000s, with early roles in series such as DARKER THAN BLACK - Kuro no Keiyakusha in 2007. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for voicing characters with deep or mature voices, often portraying strong, authoritative, or villainous figures, as well as gentle giants.
