Description
Touhou, also called Dong Feng, operates as an exorcist for the continental mafia group Xu Fu, harnessing potent transformational symbol magic. His family lineage bears the generational responsibility of overseeing Shito Tachibana and serving Xu Fu. He commands extensive intelligence networks, routinely surpassing the Zombie-Loan office in securing critical information.

Touhou harbors a complex, adversarial dynamic with Shito, labeling him both a "perfect monster" and "disgustingly beautiful." Despite this warped fascination, he enforces physical and mental abuse upon Shito through his symbol magic. His surveillance ensures Shito remains a strategic asset to Xu Fu. He acknowledges having a wife, though his personal life remains sparsely detailed.

In the manga's tenth volume, Touhou orchestrates an exorcist experiment merging Shito’s body, Koyomi Yoimachi’s "Dead Man’s Tongue," and Xu Fu’s leader Lao Ye. This trial aims to perfect the "Corpse Release Spell" for transferring Lao Ye’s consciousness into Shito. During this arc, Touhou’s concealed motives surface: he and his father secretly plotted to overthrow Lao Ye and sever their clan’s bondage to Xu Fu.

Touhou’s defiance culminates in a direct clash with Lao Ye. Upon eliminating the leader, lethal curses engulf his body, rapidly devouring his life force and leading to his swift demise. This sacrifice concludes his character arc, ending his family’s generational struggle while preserving his morally ambiguous legacy.

He reappears during Shito’s kidnapping, briefly intervening to disclose Shito’s location to Chika Akatsuki, Michiru Kita, and Sotetsu Aso. After directing them, he departs, leaving the rescue to the group—a fleeting interaction underscoring his enduring, conflicted entanglement with Shito’s fate.
