Dalloway, also known as Canary Donett, serves as second-in-command of the guerrilla freedom-fighting force known as the Deloyer Seven or Fang of the Sun. She shares a romantic relationship with the group's leader and founder, Rocky Andrew.

Her duties include operating radar systems during missions, though interference from the X Nebula limits her coverage to a 20 km radius. She provides combat support by catapulting specialized weapons such as the linear gun to other fighters during engagements.

Dalloway participates in the group’s early operations, including a mission to halt a resupply train bound for a Federation base. She is one of the seven members riding along in a truck transporting the Dougram combat armor, singing with her comrades about freedom and the cardinal directions en route to their objective.

She is first observed in a desert environment, approaching the wreckage of a military vehicle and experiencing a hallucination in which she sees the vehicle restored with soldiers inside. This vision prompts an emotional reunion where she calls out for Rocky and runs to embrace him with tears of joy.
