Keiko Ozaki is a Japanese voice actor known for her work in anime during the late 1970s and early 1980s. One of her notable roles from this period is providing the voice for the character Dalloway in the 1983 compilation film Documentary of the Fang of the Sun, which is part of the Fang of the Sun Dougram franchise.

Her other voice acting credits from this era include roles in several major anime productions. She is credited with a role in the 1970 television series Ashita no Joe. In 1982, she voiced characters in two theatrical films connected to the Space Runaway Ideon television series; she is listed as Killarul (or Kilarul) in both The Ideon: A Contact and The Ideon: Be Invoked. Also in 1982, she took on the role of Ironhead in the Space Adventure Cobra television series and played Mrs. Walker in an episode of Magical Princess Minky Momo. Her earlier work also includes a part in the 1980 series Monster Kid.
