Lumière appears in Kiddy Girl-AND primarily through her legacy and a direct cameo. Eclipse, the former director of the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT), cloned Lumière, creating multiple generations. The third-generation clone was Troisienne, while the fourth generation is Q-feuille, whose full name is Quatre Feuille IV Lumiere. Eclipse used quantum powers in this project to replicate Lumière's abilities, but died after creating Q-feuille, leaving her without a partner.

Lumière and her partner Éclair resurface during the main storyline's climax. They appear in episode 22 after the universe is saved from a space-time crisis and return to work as receptionists within the Galactic Trade Organization (GTO). Their return signifies a continuation of their roles in maintaining galactic peace, now within the restructured GTO framework.
