Mia Diekow is a German voice actress and musician, born in Hamburg in 1986. She began her career in voice acting at the age of five, providing the German voice for characters such as the titular hero in the children's animated series Yakari.

Diekow has built a substantial body of work in the dubbing of anime, lending her voice to a wide array of characters. She is the German voice of Miyuki Shiba, the female lead in the anime franchise The Irregular at Magic High School, a role she has performed in both the television series The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc and the film The irregular at magic high school The Movie: The Girl Who Summons the Stars. Another notable role is Minene Uryuu in the series Mirai Nikki and its sequel Mirai Nikki Redial. Her film work includes voicing Sayuri Sawatari in Makoto Shinkai's The Place Promised in Our Early Days and O-Ei in the feature film Miss Hokusai.

In addition to these credits, her anime dubbing portfolio encompasses roles in a variety of other series. These include Minene Uryuu in Mirai Nikki, Ginko in One Piece from episode 608 onward, Ayano Minegishi in Lucky Star, and Rie Nishina in both Clannad and Clannad After Story. She has also voiced characters in Magister Negi Magi and its related specials, as well as Liz T. Blood in Blood Lad and Sofia in Space Dandy.

Beyond her work in anime, Diekow is active in other areas of voice performance. She voices the character Flash, a hubot, in the Swedish science fiction series Real Humans. In German children's media, she is well-known as the voice of one of the three detectives, Kim, in the long-running audio drama series Die drei!!!. She has also appeared in German animated productions such as Der kleine Rabe Socke. Alongside her voice work, Mia Diekow is also a musician and released her debut album, Die Logik liegt am Boden, in 2012.
