Description
Kelvin Stelar is the husband of Hope Stelar and father of Geo Stelar. He served as a scientist and astronaut at AMAKEN Space Agency, contributing to the original Transers' development and inventing the Visualizer device that reveals the EM Wave World. Deeply passionate about space exploration, Kelvin aimed to establish peaceful contact with extraterrestrial life through the BrotherBand system, forging connections between Earth and other worlds.

Three years before the main events, Kelvin commanded the Peace space station mission. During an attempt to form a BrotherBand with alien lifeforms, communication with FM-ians was misinterpreted as hostile. An unknown entity approached, causing the station to overload and explode. Kelvin and his crew were declared dead, though his coworker Aaron Boreal held onto hope for his survival.

In truth, the FM-ian Omega-Xis intervened during the incident, converting Kelvin and the crew into EM waves to ensure their survival in space. This transformation permitted existence as EM beings but left them adrift and lost. During the Andromeda crisis, Kelvin appeared to Geo in a dream, urging him to trust his friends. This guidance helped Geo locate a BrotherBand link back to Earth. Kelvin's Transer, containing the Kaiser Knuckle weapon and a message detailing his fate, was later discovered by Geo within the Deep Space Comp.

Kelvin resurfaced during the Meteor G incident, entering the celestial body after detecting its threat to Earth. His EM wave form resisted the Noise emissions within Meteor G for years, slowing its descent and impeding Mr. King's control. This interference granted WAZA crucial time to prepare countermeasures. Geo utilized the "Kelvin Code" to locate his father's scattered memories within the Meteor Server, culminating in finding Kelvin near the core just before he was absorbed during the Crimson Dragon's summoning.

Following the Crimson Dragon's defeat, Kelvin coordinated a global Purpose wave to guide Geo back to Earth. He and Omega-Xis remained in space, promising to return. Weeks later, Kelvin reappeared physically at the Stelar home, reuniting with his family.

In the anime adaptation, Kelvin narrates the first episode and appears after the final battle with Andromeda. He reveals to Geo that the Andromeda Key's creation corrupted the FM-ians, expressing his belief that humans and FM-ians share similar capacities for conflict. Kelvin advocates the BrotherBand system as a universal bridge for understanding and peace. He chooses to continue exploring the universe to forge connections with other lifeforms, entrusting Earth's protection to Geo and requesting he care for Hope.

The manga "Rockman the Shooting Star" depicts Kelvin fusing with Andromeda as an EM Wave Human. After Andromeda's defeat, he is freed and returns to Earth to live with his family and new FM-ian allies.
