Description
Mizuki Sakaki, acclaimed as "The Princess of Songs," earned recognition through street performances where she belted songs while playing guitar, consistently turning down offers from record labels. Her drive to sing originated solely from a desire for revenge against her mother, Akina Sakaki, who abandoned her in childhood. Talent manager Tomohiro Fujisawa approached her to join the third generation of idols, but she refused outright, declaring her singing existed purely for vengeance. This resolve shifted during a crucial performance alongside the other third-generation idols; the shared experience of singing together on stage prompted her to reconsider and formally join the group as a trainee. Following this decision, Tomohiro urged her to confront her mother about the past abandonment. She did so, leading to their reconciliation and the renewal of their relationship. As an idol trainee, she now engages in ongoing training and performances with the group. Her journey includes indications of developing romantic feelings toward Tomohiro, which appear reciprocated in certain portrayals. A licensed figure captures her in an idol-like stance from the anime's ending theme, featuring a cheerful smile directed outward. Within the group, her specialty is singing.
