Sakura Nogawa is a Japanese voice actor and singer born on March 1, 1978, in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture. She is a graduate of the Yoyogi Animation School and came to prominence after being selected in an Enix (now Square Enix) newface选拔.

Nogawa began her voice acting career in 1999 with a small role in the television anime Hunter × Hunter. Her career encompasses a wide range of roles in television anime, original video animations, and video games. Among her most recognized television roles are Kaorin in Azumanga Daioh, Hinaichigo in the Rozen Maiden series, and Nemuta Koron in Yobarete Tobidete Akubi-chan. She is also well-known for her work as multiple characters in the Strike Witches franchise, including the long-running role of Erica Hartmann in series such as Strike Witches, Strike Witches: Road to Berlin, Strike Witches: Operation Victory Arrow, World Witches Take Off!, and Strike Witches: 501st Joint Fighter Wing Take Off!. Her other significant anime roles include Edomae Luna (also known as Luna Edomae) in Seto no Hanayome and My Bride is a Mermaid, Mimi in Shokupan Mimi, Ryunmei in Slap Up Party: Arad Senki, Cha Chi in Penguin Girl, Orie Natsuhara and Izumi Makihara in Ayakashi, Mizuki Sakaki and Yui Arisugawa in Lovedol ~Lovely Idol~, Rocca in Save Me! Lollipop, Asuka Hina in Memories Off #5 Togireta Film, Tsubomi Okuwaka in Strawberry Panic!, Shizuka Masuda in Final Approach, Nene Hampden in Tristia of the Deep Blue Sea, Inko no Tsubasa (Parakeet Tsubasa) in the Angel Tales series, Chako Hasegawa in Cosplay Complex, Fubuki Sakuragasaki in Arcade Gamer Fubuki, and Miyuki Onizuka in Samurai Girl Real Bout High School.

Beyond voice acting, Nogawa has had an active career as a singer. Her entry into music was facilitated by the renowned singer-songwriter Hironobu Kageyama, who produced much of her work after she began hosting the anime information program Anime Paradise!. She released numerous singles and albums under the Lantis record label from 2001 to 2007 and later with FOXTROT. Her discography includes several original albums, a best-of album titled Nogawa Sakura SUPER BEST ~Sakura no Uta~, and numerous character songs for the series in which she starred. She also performed several anime theme songs, such as "Kimi Iro Palette" for Final Approach and "Motto!" for Magikano. From 2003 onward, she regularly held solo concerts in major Japanese cities.

Throughout her career, Nogawa has formed recurring collaborations with fellow voice actors, often appearing alongside田中理恵 (Rie Tanaka) and千葉紗子 (Chiba Saeko) in productions like Angel Tales. She has also worked extensively with voice actors such as泽城美雪 (Miyuki Sawashiro) and has been associated with the informal group known as the "17-Year-Old Club". In 2013, Nogawa took a hiatus from her professional activities to focus on her health. She returned to voice acting in 2014, resuming her role in the Strike Witches franchise with the OVA Strike Witches: Operation Victory Arrow. She has been affiliated with the agency Office Anemone since 2017.
