Description
Tomohiro Fujisawa serves as a manager at Sweetfish Productions, overseeing the Lovely Idols group. He previously managed both the first and second generations before transitioning to the third. His older sister, Miki Fujisawa, also a manager at the company, helped secure his position. Tomohiro maintains a cautious relationship with Miki due to her tomboyish, physically playful behavior. His younger sister, Ruri Fujisawa, personally petitioned the company president to join the third-generation idols. While Ruri expresses deep—sometimes annoyingly persistent—care for Tomohiro, she lacks similar closeness with Miki.

Shortly before the third generation’s debut concert, the company president delayed their launch without explanation, tasking Tomohiro with identifying and resolving the group’s deficiencies. During this challenge, he discovered Mizuki Sakaki, a street musician renowned as "The Princess of Songs." Recognizing her potential to address the group’s shortcomings, he pursued her recruitment despite initial refusal. This process became pivotal in preparing the third generation for their eventual debut.

Beyond scheduling and skill development, Tomohiro actively engages with the idols’ personal troubles. In the visual novel game adaptation, this involves taking idols on dates as part of relationship-building and training, reflecting the game’s "raising sim" mechanics.

He enjoys popularity across all idol generations, with numerous members—including first-generation Aya Hiwatari (who openly expresses affection) and others like Ayumi Shindo, Sayuki Katagiri, Toko Yuki, and the Chocorat twins (China and Mina Hōjō)—developing romantic feelings. Many express disappointment when he overlooks their advances. Despite widespread admiration, Tomohiro remains largely oblivious, prioritizing managerial duties and the idols’ careers.
