Hideki Ogihara is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo, Japan. He was born on November 29, 1972. A graduate of the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy, his classmates included fellow voice actors Katsuyuki Konishi and Daisuke Hirakawa. He began his career in the entertainment industry in 1996 and is currently affiliated with the agency T's Factory.

Ogihara has built a prolific career spanning anime, video games, and radio. In anime television, he is known for a wide range of roles. Some of his notable parts include Toshiya Hamaguchi in the Mahoromatic series, Itsuki Midoriba in Shuffle!, and Yoshitaka Yamane in the long-running series Major. He has also voiced characters such as Yagi Takeru in Izumo: Takeki Tsurugi no Senki, Kazuma Morisato in We Without Wings, and Ryota Aizawa in Soul Link. In the 2014 series Dai-Shogun - Great Revolution, he played the role of Hyakusuke.
