Caesar Magician is a demon henchman serving Twilight, the Demon King, within the demon castle. His right arm is entirely composed of numerous wooden scissors bound together by a wooden cord, forming his most defining physical feature. Princess Syalis once gave him her crown to help maintain the integrity of this unique scissor arm after he lost his original scissors. This act inadvertently established a pattern where Syalis repeatedly kills ghost shrouds to acquire materials for her sleeping-related projects.
