TV-Series
Description
Emma is a young girl with brown skin and striking cyan eyes, her hair styled in distinctive lime green and dark green dreadlocks tied up with a blue hair tie adorned with three rings. She wears a pink sleeveless polo shirt printed with "NEXT", layered over a black sleeveless shirt and under a white long-sleeved jacket featuring a fluffy collar with pink and blue accents. Her outfit is completed by black shorts and neon yellow shoes with white accents.

She carries a brave and childlike presence, often appearing firm or shy—especially on stage—though these traits never dampen her aspirations. Emma is awestruck, energetic, enthusiastic, and excitable about life.

Growing up poor in an orphanage, she entertained the other children with dance and nurtured dreams of fame inspired by television dance shows. It was there she discovered her extreme hearing ability, allowing her to overhear conversations from a great distance. This gift led her to become a vigilante, scouting for potential crimes by day through street dancing and patrolling her hometown by night.

As a vigilante, Emma intervened in criminal activities such as mafia exchanges. During one such encounter, she lost a ring from her hair, which was found by Lauren Warren, an agent of the World Ninja Association posing as a talent manager. Lauren encouraged Emma to audition for the Stars of Tomorrow talent show. Despite past audition failures, Emma agreed.

On stage, nervousness overwhelmed her as she overheard critical comments from the audience, nearly causing a breakdown. Lauren pointed out supportive spectators, renewing Emma's confidence. During her performance, Emma manifested the ability to create ghost-like clones that mirrored her movements, enhancing her act and winning the competition. Backstage, Lauren revealed her true role as a WNA recruiter and explained Emma's heritage as a ninja descendant. Embracing this identity, Emma dubbed herself a "ninja dancer" and joined the WNA under Lauren's mentorship.

Emma continued performing in shows and later learned of the Ninjala tournament, which she planned to enter to further refine her skills.

Her abilities include extreme hearing, which she employs to detect crimes, and the creation of ghost clones that mimic her movements, though their exact nature remains unclear. She also possesses a hidden technique named Rising Fetters (漆黒招来, Shikkoku Shourai).

In her personal life, Emma forms close friendships, such as with Lucy. They have been depicted in promotional material sharing crepes and building snowmen, and their duo dynamic is supported in the televised anime. Emma occasionally shows vulnerability, such as crying in her sleep while softly calling out for her parents.
