Stranded at Cape Canaveral, Florida, after the Freeport space station disaster rendered Earth uninhabitable, he integrated into the local Seminole community. He formed a relationship with a Seminole woman, and they had a daughter, Ao. Emerging as a leader in the Cape Canaveral community, he spearheaded efforts to build rockets from salvaged parts, aiming to send messages to the moon to contact potential survivors. These messages reached the lunar colony of Eden and were discovered by Takeru. His leadership and technical skills proved instrumental in organizing the community's annual rocket launches, including assembling and launching modified Saturn V rockets with passenger capsules on two occasions; the second launch succeeded.
