Description
Uzainaa serve as recurring antagonists for Dark Fall, manifesting as physical embodiments of corrupted spiritual energy. Dark Fall minions create them by fusing corrupted Miracle Droplets with ordinary objects or living beings. A ghost-like spirit possesses the host, transforming it into a monster. Each Uzainaa's form and abilities directly correlate to its creator's element and methods, resulting in variations like wood/plants (Karehaan), fire/heat (Moerumba), earth/soil (Dorodoron), water/ice (Ms. Shitataare), and metal/gold (Kintoleski). All bear a distinct "U" symbol on their foreheads.
When defeated by Pretty Cure purification attacks, the corrupted spirit within an Uzainaa is cleansed and released as elemental energy. This energy repairs environmental damage from the battle and forms a purified Miracle Droplet, collected to restore the Fountains of the World Tree. The methods required to defeat Uzainaa evolve alongside the Pretty Cures' abilities. Early Uzainaa fall to Twin Stream Splash, while later variants require upgraded attacks like Spiral Heart Splash or Spiral Star Splash after the Cures gain enhanced forms.
Specific Uzainaa appearances include:
- A tree possessed in the debut battle, defeated by Twin Stream Splash.
- A stone manipulated by Dorodoron in episode 15.
- Musical instruments and stadium light stands created by Kintoleski, vanquished by Spiral Star Splash or Spiral Heart Splash.
- A castle-themed Uzainaa in the non-canonical movie.
Across the series and related media, Uzainaa function solely as disposable minions without significant character development or background.
