Massimiliano Plinio is an Italian voice actor born on July 19, 1966, in Pisa, Tuscany. He is primarily known for his extensive work dubbing anime series and films into Italian, as well as providing voices for animated series and video games.

Plinio has voiced a wide array of characters across many popular anime franchises. In the Getter Robo saga, he is the voice of Imperatore Gol III in the 2021 series Getter Robo Arc. He has a significant connection to the Fist of the Blue Sky franchise, voicing the protagonist Kenshiro Kasumi in both Fist of the Blue Sky Regenesis and its second season, Fist of the Blue Sky Regenesis 2.
