Nakisakebe is a unique monster type summoned solely by the character Eas within the *Fresh Pretty Cure!* series. Moebius, leader of the antagonistic Labyrinth organization, grants Eas special cards to create these entities after she requests more resources to fight Pretty Cure. Only four such cards exist, limiting Nakisakebe's appearances to four instances.

Compared to standard Nakewameke monsters, Nakisakebe possesses greater combat power and speed. Its physical form appears more monstrous and less directly reflective of the object it possesses or emerges from. Nakisakebe is constantly accompanied by groaning sounds, conveying anguish.

Activating a Nakisakebe card imposes a severe physical cost on the user. Summoning causes thorny vines to manifest on the summoner's arm, intensifying over time and causing intense pain. This effect only ceases if the Nakisakebe is defeated, causing the vines to vanish, positioning Nakisakebe as a high-risk weapon.

Nakisakebe appears in four specific episodes:
- Episode 19: Created from an electrical transformer.
- Episode 20: Created from a crane.
- Episode 21: Created from a suitcase.
- Episode 22: Created from a ventilation duct.
