Nana Izumizaki is a red-haired student and mecha pilot trainee at a robot training facility in Hokkaido, one of several trainees there. She serves as the roommate of the main protagonist, Hikari Touno, and despite Hikari's tendency to cause accidental destruction at the facility, Nana harbors no resentment toward her.
