Description
Toola, a teenage girl cryogenically preserved from the pre-apocalyptic era, awakens 300 years later in a dystopian future ruled by sentient forests. Her father, Dr. Sakul, engineered trees to survive drought, inadvertently shattering the moon and unleashing a global ecological collapse that allowed his genetically altered plants to dominate Earth. Toola wields the Raban, a portable device tied to her father’s research that controls E.S.T.O.C., a volcanic weapon designed to eradicate the sentient Forest and reverse environmental devastation.

Disoriented by the unrecognizable world, Toola clings to memories of her past, determined to resurrect Earth’s former glory. She partners with Shunack, a cryogenically preserved colleague of her father, who exploits her guilt over humanity’s role in the catastrophe to push her toward activating E.S.T.O.C. Though initially convinced the weapon will atone for past errors, Toola uncovers its potential to annihilate both the Forest and remaining humans.

Her perspective shifts upon witnessing Shunack’s ruthlessness and the Forest’s ability to coexist with humans. A bond with Agito—a youth genetically altered to communicate with the ecosystem—strengthens her resolve to halt E.S.T.O.C. In the climax, her emotional breakdown triggers a biometric lock within the Raban, created by her father, allowing her to disarm the weapon. This act rejects humanity’s destructive legacy, prioritizing symbiosis over domination.

Toola bears shoulder-length brown hair, piercing purple eyes, and wears the Raban as a pendant. Her journey culminates in discarding the device into the Forest, symbolizing her embrace of the evolved world and commitment to bridging humanity and nature.
