Description
Nagisa Sawa hails from a conservative and controlling family and initially served as a policeman. After leaving that career, Sawa became an author and director, renowned for writing the novel "Haru wo Daiteita" and directing its film adaptation, which starred Kyosuke Iwaki. Sawa presents in female clothing and is in a romantic relationship with a younger cousin, Yukihito. Sawa formally adopted Yukihito, who at age thirteen witnessed his mother's death at the hands of his father, an event that left him mute from severe shock. Sawa's affections were key to Yukihito's recovery, though Yukihito remains shy and introverted. The film adaptation of Sawa's novel gained significant popularity in Japan and abroad, resulting in the announcement of a television series based on the work a year later.
Kazunari Urushizaki developed an obsessive fascination with Youji Katou and became his stalker. Urushizaki bears a physical resemblance to a younger Kyousuke Iwaki. To enable closer observation and pursuit of Katou, Urushizaki took a job as a reporter, which offered better opportunities to follow the actor. This role also allowed Urushizaki to monetize the stalking activities under the rationale that combining personal interest with professional work was efficient.
