Description
Shiro Kazami is the young man who transforms into Kamen Rider V3. In the context of the film OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders, he is a legendary hero whose existence has been threatened by a temporal distortion created by Shocker. He was originally a university student with a passion for biochemistry and motorcycle racing. His life was tragically altered when the evil organization Destron murdered his family, leading him to seek the power to fight. He was transformed into a cyborg by the original Kamen Riders 1 and 2, becoming the third hero to bear the title, with "V3" signifying "Victory Three" or "Version Three".

In his original series, Kazami is depicted as having a bright and handsome demeanor that became more serious and cold after his transformation, driven initially by a thirst for revenge. Over time, he matured beyond vengeance, growing into a true fighter for justice. As Kamen Rider V3, he carries a strong sense of pride as a warrior and is known for his cool, unflappable nature even in dire situations.

Within the story of Let's Go Kamen Riders, Kamen Rider V3 plays a crucial role as part of the collective force of justice. When Shocker alters history and begins erasing the Kamen Riders from existence, heroes like V3 initially vanish. However, he is later restored alongside other Riders thanks to the hopes and memories of the people. He then joins the final battle against the Shocker Great Leader. In the climactic fight, he is seen alongside other riders, charging into battle and using his knowledge to inform the newer rider, Eiji Hino (Kamen Rider OOO), about the nature of their foe. The film's narrative hinges on the return of all Kamen Riders, and V3 stands among the first of the reinforcements to appear, reaffirming his status as a foundational hero in the franchise's history.

Kamen Rider V3 shares a profound bond with his predecessors, Kamen Riders 1 and 2, who performed the surgery that saved his life and granted him his powers. Their techniques and abilities were incorporated into his own, making him a direct successor to their legacy. While he typically operates as a solo warrior, in team-up films like this one, he fights alongside all other Kamen Riders, demonstrating a relationship of mutual respect and shared purpose. His key relationship within the film itself is with the newer Heisei-era Riders, acting as a senior figure who lends his strength and experience to their cause.

As a character, Kamen Rider V3 does not undergo significant personal development within the film's limited runtime, as his role is primarily that of an established legend joining an ensemble cast. However, his very presence in the restored timeline represents the core theme of the movie: that the spirit of all Kamen Riders is eternal and can never be fully erased. His development is demonstrated through his unwavering commitment to protecting others, a principle he fully embraced at the conclusion of his own series.

Kamen Rider V3 possesses a wide array of notable abilities, primarily stemming from his status as a cyborg and the legacy of Kamen Riders 1 and 2. He is armed with 26 secret techniques and powers implanted during his construction, though he had to discover many of them through experience. His transformation is triggered by his Double Typhoon belt, which combines the "skill" of Rider 1 and the "strength" of Rider 2. Among his most famous techniques are various kicking attacks, including the V3 Kick and the V3 Reverse Kick. He is equipped with a Super Tactile Antenna for telepathic communication with other Riders, an O-Signal on his forehead to detect monsters within two kilometers, and a Red Lamp Power that can double his internal energy. His combat style is built on power and technique, and he is sometimes referred to as the "Ghost of Kick" for his devastating footwork. Despite his power, he has specific weaknesses, most notably being unable to transform for three hours after using his ultimate attack, the Reverse Double Typhoon. In Let's Go Kamen Riders, these abilities are on full display as he fights alongside dozens of other Riders to perform the All Rider Break, a massive combined attack against the Shocker Great Leader.
