Ria Kinakaamo is the older sister of Taruruto and, like him, a magical being from a supernatural realm. She comes to Earth to find her younger brother following his unsanctioned departure. Her magical powers are far more potent than Taruruto's, whose spells are often unreliable and temporary; her own magic can last for up to ten days.

This magical nature enables her to manipulate her physical form, such as stretching her arms across great distances. She demonstrates this ability soon after her arrival by punishing Taruruto, pulling his cheeks from kilometers away.

After ensuring her brother's safety, she chooses to remain on Earth. She occasionally uses her magic to provide assistance in various situations, and her presence is sometimes accompanied by fanservice elements.

Her attire changes across appearances, featuring a variety of outfits from different episodes, including variations seen in the series' opening and specific story arcs.
