Noire Foschurose, often called Noa, is a 10-year-old noble girl living in the town of Crimonia. She resides in the mansion with her father, Cliff Foschurose, the feudal lord. Her mother and older sister, Shia Foschurose, live in the capital city; Noire maintains a close and loving bond with Shia despite the distance.

Noire has long blond hair reaching her waist and light-colored eyes. She typically wears light-colored dresses reflecting her noble status. Her personality shows a slightly spoiled and prideful side, characterized as cute and childish rather than dismissive. She readily befriends individuals outside her social class, forming friendships with commoners like Fina.

Her story gains prominence through her fascination with Yuna's bear summons, Kumayuru and Kumakyuu. After spotting Yuna riding the bears in town, Noire convinces her father to arrange a meeting. This leads Cliff to ask Yuna to escort Noire to the capital, forging Noire's connection to Yuna. Noire develops a strong attachment to the bears, enjoying rides and snuggling with them. Learning Fina had prior access, Noire declares Fina her "bear rival," though Fina is less enthusiastic.

Noire also becomes good friends with Misana Farrengram (Misa) and joins group activities with Yuna, Fina, and other young characters. She occasionally feels envy toward the close friendship between Yuna and Fina, particularly regarding their history of mutual rescues.
