Fifteen-year-old Shea Foschurose resides in the Royal Capital with her mother, Ellelaura Foschurose, attending the Royal Academy. She is the elder daughter of Cliff Foschurose, mayor of Crimonia, and the older sister of ten-year-old Noire Foschurose, who lives in Crimonia with their father. Despite the distance, Shea cherishes a close relationship with her younger sister.

Physically, Shea strongly resembles Noire but presents a more mature appearance. She possesses blonde hair styled in two long, hip-length pigtails with loose strands framing her face, purple eyes, and pale skin. Her typical attire is the Royal Academy uniform: a sleeveless navy-greyish jumper over a white shirt with a black tie, a red-and-white checkered skirt, and thigh-length socks.

Before meeting Yuna, Shea displayed a notably prideful and arrogant demeanor, considering herself one of the Academy's strongest students and believing no girl could surpass her. This overconfidence defined her initial self-perception. However, a decisive and humiliating defeat in a fight arranged by her mother against Yuna forced Shea to confront her limitations. This experience significantly reduced her conceit, instilling greater self-awareness and diminishing her previous arrogance, though she retains her noble bearing.

Recognized as a skilled combatant proficient in sword fighting, Shea ranks among the Academy's stronger students. Yet, her encounter with Yuna starkly revealed she is not the strongest, motivating her to seek improvement. Beyond her family, Shea develops amicable terms with Yuna after their confrontation and interacts positively with classmates Marix, Timol, and Cattleya.
