Chipple, a White Witch from a sorcery school, undertakes her final exam: securing Tsukasa Tachibana's love through positive, non-manipulative means. Despite her youthful, girlish appearance, she demonstrates significant magical prowess as an accomplished witch. Her kind-hearted nature allows her to build rapport effortlessly.

During the mission, Chipple unexpectedly develops authentic romantic feelings for Tsukasa, diverging from the school's objective of fostering platonic affection. Tsukasa reciprocates her emotions, fulfilling her exam requirements. Rather than returning to the witch school after graduation, she chooses to stay on Earth with Tsukasa.

Her journey intertwines with other witches, notably her rival Irene—assigned to enslave Tsukasa. Despite their conflicting goals, Irene later aids Chipple in cementing the mutual romantic connection with Tsukasa.
