Selina Luçen is a Japanese voice actor known for work in anime productions. The name Selina Luçen is a pseudonym used for performances in adult-oriented animated titles, a common practice in the industry. Her credited roles span from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s.

Her earliest documented role is as Chipple in the 1994 series Magical Twilight. She also provided the voice for Kaori Shiina in the 1996 series Parade Parade. In 1998, she was the voice of Ryouko Futaba in Welcome to Pia Carrot 2. She voiced multiple characters in 2000 and 2001, including Kuzuha Shionogi in Angels in the Court, Tamami Miyashita in Bizarre Cage, and Manaty in Dvine[LUV]. She also performed the role of Midori Nagawa in Pure Mail and Chiho Mizumori in Wife Eater. One of her later credited roles is Sayo Shiga in Gibo no Toiki: Haitoku Kokoro ni Tadayou Haha no Iroka from 2006. Her work was produced by various animation studios, including Arms, P'core, and Studio Kyuuma.
