Description
Princesa Margaret governs a celestial realm reached through an enchanted beanstalk, her sovereignty shadowed by her parents’ unexplained disappearance. Forced under the dominion of Madame Hecuba—a witch masquerading as her protector—she becomes ensnared in a spell that smothers her will, replacing it with hollow contentment. This magic veils Hecuba’s schemes and the curse turning Margaret’s courtiers and kin into skittering mice, while warping her perception of Tulip, Hecuba’s hulking son, into that of a noble suitor.

Her existence unfolds in a dreamlike compliance, punctuated by mechanical declarations of bliss—“no one’s happier than I”—until Jack, a mortal intruder, disrupts the illusion. His kiss fractures the enchantment, reigniting her dormant resolve. Liberated, Margaret swiftly dismantles Hecuba’s machinations, denouncing the coerced union and rallying against the witch’s tyranny.

Victorious, she reclaims her throne, undoing the murine curses and reinstating her court. Though indebted to Jack, she maintains the divide between their realms, permitting him to keep plundered treasures. Tulip’s subsequent overtures falter against her unyielding indifference, his menace neutered by her resurgent authority.

The duality of her existence is stark: where once she parroted subservient serenity, now she governs with piercing acuity, her voice a blade of justice as she rebuilds her fractured domain.
